Since my style is both relational and systemic, I will be genuine in our sessions and invite you to be authentic too.

I am pro-relationship when working with couples and families, not neutral. I believe humans are wired for connection and the most efficient way to figure out if connections can be deepened is to try to strengthen them.

My goal is the health of all at the expense of none.  Sometimes people I work with do break up or have come to therapy post-divorce.  That’s okay too.  Therapy is a place for deep honesty and expression.
